Three Step Action Plan Starts Now: No Need to Wait for the New Year

There is really no mystery to losing weight and getting in shape. Manage your calories and move the body. Here are three critical steps to achieving your goals.

1. Acknowledge and RECOGNIZE that there is a problem. 
Have your “deviant” eating habits and lack of exercise become a lifestyle? Acknowledging and
recognizing the problem appears to be easy to accomplish. It is easy because there is no action required other than acknowledgement and recognition. As Albert Einstein once said, “Insanity is

doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.” If we are acknowledging and recognizing the problem with the forethought that no action is required, it is bogus and does not count. It is not genuine. Motives do matter and the motive with forethought that no action is required will not bring about the positive change you are looking for.
2. DECIDE when and how you are going to take action. Decide when you will start and how you will take action. 
3. Take ACTION. Get up and start working on your goals now. Get up in the morning and start writing down all that you eat and drink. Write down your exercising routines. Move and allow momentum to overcome inertia.
