Class Times and Location
Beach Boot Camp Group Classes are conducted Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7 PM and Saturdays at 8 AM and are from 70 to 90 minutes long. Registration is normally at my website www.beachbootcamp.net. If the website registration is not functioning or the rates differ from those at the BLOG, the rates at the BLOG are the correct ones. You may then register by email to thehealthcolonel@beachbootcamp.net. Let me know which of the options below you choose and how you would like to pay. You may pay by check or credit card. If you choose credit card payment, I will send you a PayPal invoice per email.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
We generally train in the rain. Most of the time rain is brief in South Florida and can lead to an interruption of class but not a cancellation. If you should have doubt or would like to be sure, please call Colonel Bob at 954-790-7111.
