Update on my Prostate Cancer

Update on my cancer:
As you may know I had prostate cancer surgery in January of this year with complete removal of the prostate. I just received my latest PSA test and the result came back 0.6. Such a rate means that there are still prostate cells. This recurrence of such a PSA value puts me at high risk. I will be going for radiation (outpatient) treatment starting this coming week, BUT I will be able to workout with my beach boot campers. The goal will be to get the PSA back to 0.2 or less. The treatments will be 15 minutes per day to the specific area of the body where the prostate was located. This is not chemo.
