National Nutrition Month

March is National Nutrition month. This is another opportunity to eat right, start getting extra fruits and vegetables into the diet. I'm still reading the book titled The Blue Zone which is about people who live especially long and healthy lives. I can tell you that fruits and vegetables are one of the primary reasons. They also ate very little to no meat and kept active. They also nutured close family and friend ties.
