INVITATION TO FESTIVE HOLIDAY PARTY, DEC. 6
The most festive memorable time of the year of getting together with friends and family is coming up soon. I am looking forward to seeing past boot campers at this memorable event. I must admit I miss seeing many of you and look forward very much to a reunion at this special location, a family owned Belgian cafe called Egmondt Cafe and Bakery located in the Waverly building downtown Fort Lauderdale with free covered parking that has put together something special for us.

WHAT: Annual holiday party dinner, see menu below PLEASE CHOOSE FROM THE MENU BELOW AND LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE FOR DINNER. Notice the prices are very reasonable.
WHY: A good time together
RVSP is essential! Please RSVP by Wednesday, Dec. 4th per email thehealthcolonel@beachbootcamp.net with your dinner selection from below. This is important so that Nadine, who is one of the owners, is able to make sure that everything is properly prepared.
MENUS TO CHOOSE FROM
Menu with a soft drink will be $ 18.90 including the service (by Guest)
Menu with a glass of wine will be $ 21.80 including the service (by Guest)
The choice for the main course is between the following:
- Indian Chicken Curry with white rice
- Stuffed Zucchini served with white rice and tomato sauce with Swiss Cheese and side salad
- Flemish Stew served with mashed potatoes
The choice for the desert is between the following:
- Creme brûlée
- Chocolate mousse
- Passionata cake (passion fruit with white chocolate mousse, passion fruits mousse)
The choice for the soft beverage:
- water
- coke
- diet coke
- San pellegrino
The wine will be a red glass of wine ( a good one...)

OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Boot camps times are places are Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 PM and Saturday mornings at 8 AM at the Marriott Harbor Beach (not at the Courtyard or Beach Place!) and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 AM starting on the west side of the Las Olas Bridge (parking available on the side streets).
